Terms of Service

By accessing or using Adversary Loops ("the Service"), operated by Adversary Loops ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Adversary Loops is an AI-powered writing refinement tool that uses iterative adversarial critique loops to improve your documents. The Service processes text you submit through multiple AI-driven rounds of critique, scoring, redrafting, and regression checking.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Free Plan

Includes up to 3 runs per day using free-tier AI models (GPT-4o Mini, Gemini 2.0 Flash).

Pro Plan

Includes up to 50 free-model runs per day plus 20 premium credits each billing month. Premium credits grant access to premium AI models (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet). Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Credit Packs

One-time credit packs may be purchased by any user. One credit grants one run on a premium AI model. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used. Unused credits are not refundable on account closure except as required by law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

You retain all ownership rights to the text you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI pipeline solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the Service.

The refined text, critiques, and suggestions produced by the Service are generated by third-party AI models. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any output from the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Adversary Loops and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adversary Loops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
