Your submitted text is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) for processing through our critique and refinement pipeline. These providers process your text according to their respective data processing agreements and do not use your content to train their models. We select providers based on your chosen model and subscription tier.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI providers — to process your documents (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Infrastructure providers — to host and deliver the service (Vercel, Neon)
• Email provider — to send transactional emails (Resend)
• Analytics — to understand product usage (PostHog)

Your account data and run history are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@adversaryloops.com.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
